The songs for Sodcast at times were effortless. At other times they seemed to require more effort than expected. Windows of time to do this Seasonal Affect distraction were elusive. It was enjoyable making this album where we made sounds we wanted to hear. Why we wanted to hear them is anyone's guess. Many of these tracks are mutations of music created for podcasts. It took 9 days before the release to come up with the title "Sodcast" which implies a crap podcast, yet it was kind of there at the start. Weird.

Sodcast was captured from December 2023 - March 2024. It was recorded at Pumpkin Head Studios, San Diego, CA 92120

Punk Rock Drum Machine recorded Sodcast for their own enjoyment, hopefully others enjoy it too.
